Registration Fee includes the best conference package in the industry!:

General Registration  

Member: $539 for the first person & $489 per additional attendee (from the same property)

Non-member: $639 for the first person & $589 per additional attendee (from the same property)  *With a registration at the non-member rate you receive a $99 dollar one-year introductory membership to AIHP.

A La Carte Registration Options

One-Day Pass - $225 per person

State-to-State Breakfast (Thursday Morning, March 28th) — Everyone is invited to attend!:  Please register to attend; No fee is due

Industry Party (Tuesday Evening, March 26th):  $35 for registered attendee  |  $100 per guest ticket (for non-registered attendee)

AIHP GIVINGBack (Sunday, March 24th, from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM): $10 per person at the registration 

Join AIHP’s Board of Directors in a community outreach opportunity on Sunday, March 24th, from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. We will be serving the Sunday dinner complete, with an ice cream party, at Queen City Kitchen! Come help prepare, serve, and scoop some ice cream for 100-150 people in the area in need of a hot meal. This program is fully funded by donations from your BOD and AIHP members. Fees help cover the cost of food and ice cream we will be purchasing to serve, with any extra monies being donated to the shelter.

The AIHP GIVINGBack outreach is a volunteer program which is fully funded by donations from your BOD, innkeeper members and Allied Partners. If you are unable to attend event, you still can help support this dinner by sharing a $10 donation.


Attendee Registration Balances

All attendee balances must be paid in full by March 15th, 2019.  Attendees are welcome to pay monthly and can arrange a payment schedule by contacting Patricia Raudensky Bierma at [email protected].  Any attendee with an outstanding balance as of March 15th, 2019, will forfeit payments made to date and the registration will be canceled. 


Attendee Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations before December 31st, 2018 will be refunded in full, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations dated January 1st - February 28th, 2019  will receive a 50% registration fee refund. Cancellations received after March 1st, 2019 will not receive a refund.
